🍑卡姆果Camu Camu(4000mg)
🎃南瓜(9.0mg)
🥕甘荀(5.9mg)
🌽黃粟米(5.4mg)
🥔腰果(0.5mg)
Ingredients and Vitamin C content (100g)
🍑Camu Camu(4000mg)
🎃Pumpkin(9.0mg)
🥕Carrot(5.9mg)
🌽Yellow Corn(5.4mg)
🥔Cashew(0.5mg)
▶️先把所有材料效入煲中
▶️大火至水滾後, 細火煲一小時
▶️最後關火, 放入一餐匙的卡姆粉, 放置10分鐘
▶️Put all ingredients into the pot.
▶️Increase heat to high and bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer afterwards for 1 hour.
▶️Turn off the heat, and add a tbsp of Camu Camu powder. Covered for 10 minutes.
