Acai Berry Muffin

Time: 1 hour,for 5 people

Acai Berry 1/2 teaspoon
Milk 80ml
Egg x 1
Veg oil 120ml
Sugar 120g
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
baking powder 150g
Lemon juice 30ml
Yoghurt 100g
Plain flour 150g
(pick 1)
Blueberry 130g
Chocolate optional

▶Gently mix egg, veg oil, lemon juice and milk, and then sugar.

▶Mix the yoghurt, and sift in the flour. Add in Acai Berry, sugar and baking powder and gently stir until no more small particles.

▶Pour into molds and add some blueberries or chocolate as topping. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
